Greenfield Zone: là một ứng dụng di động (mobile app) tích điểm dành cho học sinh của Greenfield School.

“Greenfield Zone” means the rewards-based mobile application designed for students of Greenfield School.

Nhằm thúc đẩy tính tự giác trong học tập và rèn luyện của học sinh, ứng dụng hoạt động theo mô hình cho phép học sinh tích điểm khi tích cực tham gia các hoạt động tại trường, cũng như lan tỏa văn hóa ứng xử tốt đẹp với cộng đồng xung quanh. Với số điểm tích lũy được, học sinh có thể thăng hạng thành viên và dùng điểm để đổi lấy nhiều phần quà hữu ích.

Designed to nurture students’ sense of ownership over their learning and personal growth, the app rewards students with points for taking an active part in school life and for championing good conduct within the wider community. As their points accumulate, students progress through membership tiers and can redeem their points for a variety of worthwhile rewards.

Ứng dụng đóng vai trò như một kênh thông tin kết nối giữa nhà trường và phụ huynh, giữa giáo viên với học sinh trong việc cập nhật và tiếp nhận những thông tin về bảng thi đua khen thưởng của học sinh.

The app also serves as a dedicated communication channel between the school and parents, and between teachers and students, keeping everyone up to date on students’ merit and recognition standings.

Người dùng: bao gồm học sinh Greenfield School từ lớp 1 đến lớp 12, toàn thể Cán bộ nhân viên (CBNV) nhà trường và phụ huynh học sinh (PHHS).

“Users” means Greenfield School students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, all members of school staff (“Staff”), and parents or guardians of students (“Parents”).

2. Đăng nhập tài khoản

2. Account Access

Người dùng đăng nhập Greenfield Zone với thông tin đăng nhập của từng đối tượng như sau:

Users sign in to Greenfield Zone using the credentials assigned to their user group, as set out below:

Để đảm bảo tính bảo mật, người dùng vui lòng thay đổi mật khẩu trong lần đăng nhập đầu tiên và không chia sẻ thông tin tài khoản (tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu) cho người khác sử dụng tài khoản Greenfield Zone.

To safeguard their accounts, users must change their password the first time they sign in, and must not disclose their login credentials (username and password) to, or allow their Greenfield Zone account to be used by, any other person.

Người dùng có trách nhiệm lưu giữ mọi hoạt động sử dụng ứng dụng dưới tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu của mình. Người dùng có trách nhiệm thông báo kịp thời về Greenfield Zone về những hành vi sử dụng trái phép, lạm dụng, vi phạm bảo mật, lưu giữ tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu của bên thứ ba để có biện pháp giải quyết phù hợp.

Users are responsible for all activity carried out under their username and password. Users must notify Greenfield Zone without delay of any unauthorised use, misuse or breach of security, or of any third party holding their login credentials, so that appropriate action can be taken.

Vì sự tiện lợi của người dùng, Greenfield Zone sẽ duy trì trạng thái đăng nhập trên điện thoại cho đến khi người dùng chọn đăng xuất.

For users’ convenience, Greenfield Zone keeps them signed in on their device until they choose to sign out.

Người dùng có nhiều cách khác nhau để nhận được điểm thưởng như luôn có ý thức rèn luyện nền nếp, kỷ luật; nỗ lực cải thiện bản thân; sẵn sàng tiếp nhận nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm; luôn thể hiện ý thức bảo vệ môi trường, giữ gìn tài sản của tập thể; tích cực đóng góp, tham gia các hoạt động chung của lớp, trường; chủ động giúp đỡ các bạn khác trong lớp; lan toả văn hóa ứng xử tốt đẹp đối với cộng đồng xung quanh; …

Points can be earned in many ways, including by consistently upholding good conduct and discipline; making a genuine effort to improve; readily taking on tasks and responsibilities; showing respect for the environment and care for shared property; contributing actively to class and school activities; going out of one’s way to help classmates; and spreading positive values within the wider community.

Hội đồng xét duyệt điểm thưởng (Ban Giám hiệu, Phòng Trải nghiệm học sinh, Giáo viên chủ nhiệm, Giáo viên bộ môn, Hội đồng học sinh) sẽ chấm điểm và cộng điểm vào tài khoản của người dùng.

Points are assessed and credited to users’ accounts by the Reward Points Review Board, comprising the School Leadership Team, the Student Experience Office, Homeroom Teachers, Subject Teachers and the Student Council.

Vui lòng đọc và tìm hiểu kỹ thông tin liên quan đến điểm thưởng tại thông báo được gửi đến người dùng.

Users are encouraged to read carefully the details of the reward points scheme set out in the notifications they receive.

4. Sử dụng điểm thưởng

4. Redeeming Reward Points

Dựa trên số điểm người dùng tích lũy được, người dùng sẽ được thăng hạng và có thể sử dụng điểm tích lũy để đổi thành quà tặng trong gian hàng quà tặng Greenfield Zone. Điểm tích lũy không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt.

As their points balance grows, users advance through the membership tiers and may redeem their accumulated points for gifts at the Greenfield Zone Gift Store. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Việc đổi điểm tích lũy thành quà tặng sẽ làm giảm số điểm tích lũy của người dùng tương ứng với giá trị quà tặng. Tuy nhiên, thứ hạng của người dùng không thay đổi.

Redeeming a gift deducts the equivalent number of points from the user’s balance; the user’s membership tier, however, remains unaffected.

Mỗi phần quà sẽ có giới hạn số lượng. Các phần quà có thể khác nhau vào từng đợt đổi quà nhưng vẫn đảm bảo giá trị và chất lượng quà tương ứng.

All gifts are subject to availability. The selection may vary from one redemption period to the next, but every gift offered will be of equivalent value and quality.

5. Chống gian lận

5. Fraud Prevention

Nếu người dùng bị mất điện thoại có cài đặt Greenfield Zone, người dùng vui lòng báo cho Greenfield Zone. Nếu không được thông báo, Greenfield Zone sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm nếu có thất thoát điểm thưởng hoặc điểm thưởng sử dụng không đúng mục đích.

Users who lose a mobile device on which Greenfield Zone is installed should report the loss to Greenfield Zone. Where no such report is made, Greenfield Zone accepts no liability for any loss or misuse of reward points.

Bất kỳ việc gian lận hoặc lạm dụng liên quan của người dùng đều có thể dẫn đến việc tịch thu phần điểm đã tích lũy. Nếu Greenfield Zone có lý do nào để nghi ngờ hoạt động gian lận có liên quan đến tài khoản người dùng, Greenfield Zone có quyền trì hoãn hoặc từ chối tặng điểm hoặc từ chối đổi quà.

Any fraud or related abuse may result in the forfeiture of a user’s accumulated points. Where Greenfield Zone has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with a user’s account, it reserves the right to withhold or decline the awarding of points, or to decline gift redemption.

Điều khoản này có hiệu lực áp dụng ngay khi được đăng tải trên Greenfield Zone. Khi người dùng truy cập, sử dụng Greenfield Zone có nghĩa người dùng đã đồng ý chấp nhận mọi điều khoản.

These Terms take effect immediately upon publication on Greenfield Zone. By accessing or using Greenfield Zone, users signify their acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

Greenfield Zone có toàn quyền sửa đổi Điều khoản sử dụng này vào từng thời điểm và thực hiện thông báo cho người dùng về bất kỳ thay đổi quan trọng nào đối với Điều khoản sử dụng này. Tuy nhiên, người dùng đồng ý rằng người dùng có quyền và trách nhiệm xem xét Điều khoản sử dụng thường xuyên và việc người dùng tiếp tục sử dụng Greenfield Zone sẽ được xem là sự chấp nhận của người dùng đối với các sửa đổi.

Greenfield Zone reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at its sole discretion from time to time, and will notify users of any material changes. Users nonetheless acknowledge that they are entitled and expected to review these Terms of Use regularly, and that their continued use of Greenfield Zone will constitute acceptance of any such amendments.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Greenfield Zone Terms of Use. It explains how the GREENFIELD SCHOOL education system collects, stores and processes the personal information or personal data (“Personal Information”) of members who use the GREENFIELD ZONE app.

• Information you provide. For example, when you register a parent account, GREENFIELD ZONE will ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and postal address, together with your child’s full name, photograph and date of birth, all of which will be stored with your account.

GREENFIELD ZONE uses the information collected across all of its products and services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new products and services, and to protect GREENFIELD ZONE and its members. If you hold a GREENFIELD ZONE Account, GREENFIELD ZONE may display your profile name, your profile photo and the actions you take on GREENFIELD ZONE, or on third-party applications connected to your GREENFIELD ZONE Account, within its products and services. GREENFIELD ZONE respects any choices you make to restrict the visibility settings of your GREENFIELD ZONE Account.

• Vì lý do pháp lý: GREENFIELD ZONE sẽ chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân với các công ty, tổ chức hoặc cá nhân bên ngoài nếu GREENFIELD ZONE tin rằng việc truy cập, sử dụng, bảo toàn hoặc tiết lộ thông tin đó là cần thiết một cách hợp lý để:

• For legal reasons: GREENFIELD ZONE will share personal information with external companies, organisations or individuals where it believes in good faith that access to, or the use, preservation or disclosure of, such information is reasonably necessary to:

• Có sự đồng ý của Khách hàng: GREENFIELD ZONE sẽ chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân với công ty, tổ chức hoặc cá nhân bên ngoài GREENFIELD ZONE khi có sự đồng ý của Bạn, việc chia sẻ này chỉ nhằm mục đích nghiên cứu và đưa ra các sản phẩm và dịch vụ tốt hơn tới từng khách hàng. • With the customer’s consent: GREENFIELD ZONE will share personal information with companies, organisations or individuals outside GREENFIELD ZONE only with your consent, and solely for the purposes of research and of delivering better products and services to each customer. If you do not wish this information to be shared, please contact us.

GREENFIELD ZONE nỗ lực làm việc để bảo vệ GREENFIELD ZONE và người dùng của mình không bị truy cập trái phép, sửa đổi trái phép, tiết lộ hoặc phá hoại thông tin mà GREENFIELD ZONE nắm giữ. Cụ thể:

GREENFIELD ZONE works diligently to protect itself and its users against unauthorised access to, or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of, the information it holds. In particular:

GREENFIELD ZONE thu thập, lưu trữ và xử lý thông tin của mình kể cả biện pháp an ninh vật chất nhằm bảo vệ chống truy cập trái phép vào hệ thống. GREENFIELD ZONE chỉ cho phép nhân viên và người đại diện của GREENFIELD ZONE truy cập thông tin cá nhân vì họ là những người cần biết thông tin này để xử lý các thông tin đó cho GREENFIELD ZONE và họ phải chịu sự chi phối của nghĩa vụ bảo mật nghiêm ngặt trong hợp đồng và có thể bị kỷ luật hoặc chấm dứt hợp đồng nếu họ không tuân theo các nghĩa vụ đó.

GREENFIELD ZONE applies security safeguards, including physical security measures, to the way it collects, stores and processes information, in order to guard against unauthorised access to its systems. Access to personal information is restricted to GREENFIELD ZONE employees and representatives who need to know that information in order to process it on GREENFIELD ZONE’s behalf. They are bound by strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may face disciplinary action or termination of their contract if they fail to meet those obligations.
